"Follow your heart" is one of the most commonly seen signposts directing us towards happiness, and in so many ways it is that simple.  Yet if it's really so simple why are so many of us are unhappy, anxious and confused? Perhaps the answer lies in the fact that we don't always know what our heart is trying to tell us. There are many layers of beliefs, conditioning's, shocks and traumas, numbing and 'shoulds' that prevent us from hearing clearly the voice of our hearts and orientating our lives accordingly. 

This work works to identify and release some of the things that might be drowning out the voice of your heart so you can hear it more clearly, and with your heart as your compass, begin to navigate the oceans of your life with more love and clarity. 

Format:

8 sessions of 90 minutes each - over a 1-2 month period. 
  • Using a clear structure dedicated to finding positive forward movement in your life.
  • Looking at areas of your life where life is not flowing as you may wish.
  • Finding where you have lost yourself in order to reconnect to your vital life force. 
  • Seeking insight into the origins of blocks and where the mind might be stuck in the past in order to move forward.
